Born in 1979 in southern VA, Jack cut his teeth in the woods chasing white tail deer. There he learned the value of spending time outdoors. After graduating high school, Jack set off to see the world in the US Navy. After five years and many unique places, Jack returned to his roots of southern VA. This is when Jack found the true passion of his life, waterfowl. Since coming back home, Jack has enjoyed ample time off, due to his career as a professional firefighter, to chase the flight up and down the Atlantic flyway. Sixty plus days a season Jack can be found on a lake, swamp, or marsh covered up hunting ducks and geese. Soon after realizing his waterfowl obsession, Jack was introduced to competition duck calling. Since then Jack has been on the stage in the off season trying to keep waterfowling a year round event. Also during his spare time Jack trains his hunting labs, Jill and Diesel who’s passion for the hunt runs just as deep as Jack’s. Jack also loves spending time with his great wife Keli, and son Drake, who also enjoys going to calling competitions and shows.
